Church Administration

Church Administration in the last few decades have definitely changed. Whether your staff is comprised of a few volunteers or multiple paid employees, the tools needed for success remain the same. A competent and empowered church administration is essential to the overall effectiveness of the church. The aim of this track is to provide proven practices that can help you succeed at your current administrative size.

This class is open to all.

This class only takes place in the Fall during the annual EXCEL Leadership Conference. Make sure you register for this event and select the Church Administration Track as one of your class selections.
