The mission of the Ecumenical Council of Bishops & Apostolic Leadership (ECOBAL) is to prepare Bishops, Bishop-Designates, Apostles, Overseers and 5-Fold ministry gifts through an intensive program of college training sessions so as to create uniformity, dignity and excellence that transcends denominational and reformational boundaries, and to serve as an instrument of enhancement and growth in the episcopacy with a focus on the continual education of Episcopates & Apostles in an atmosphere that is progressive and contemporary. ECOBAL is committed to ecumenical excellence.

We are an ecumenical college that serves as an incubator to properly train, teach, equip and consecrate Episcopates and affirm Apostolic gifts according to Ephesians 4:11.
